As soon as you step outside you will find yourself spoilt for choice of things to do and places to see. Enjoy the walks around our 280 acres of land, where at its highest point you have a wonderful panorama over the Yorkshire Dales and peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough, and Whernside. See wildlife such as sika deer, hares, owls, curlew, buzzard and sparrow hawk which are attracted to the farm by its natural meadows, open pasture and dry stone walls. And if you visit in spring you are welcome to visit the new born lambs!

In the cottage you will find many guide books, maps and leaflets for walks, cycling and days out, so you need not plan before you arrive! But, if you do want to plan ahead click here for more attractions...
